What currency are your prices in?
We are excited to offer you the convenience of shopping and paying in your currency at checkout. You will have the option to choose your local currency via a pop-up. The pop-up is based on the detection of the customer’s IP address. Or you can change and select a particular currency located top of the homepage.

What payment methods do you offer?
We accept payments from customers around the world. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. We also offer payment plans through Afterpay, Klarna, and PayPal.

ORDERING
What size should I buy?
Due to the different materials and fabrics, sizes and cuts will vary slightly between styles.
- Refer to the size guide for each garment. You need to measure first and choose the size.
- The size guides are located underneath the available sizes for each of our product detailed pages and in the description.

What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order is a product that is either a new item currently in production and not yet available in our warehouse, or a popular item that has sold out and is awaiting a restock shipment.
By placing a pre-order, you can secure your desired item in advance, helping to ensure you don't miss out on high-demand, limited-edition, or small-batch styles.
Pre-order items are subject to production schedules and availability.

Can I cancel or amend my order?
Pre-orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. If the request is made after 48 hours, a store credit valid for 12 months will be issued.
For all other orders (non-pre-orders), cancellations must be requested within 6 hours of order confirmation. If the request is made after 6 hours, a store credit valid for 12 months will be issued.
As orders are quickly placed into our processing queue and may be allocated to our warehouses, production team, or shipping providers shortly after purchase, we are unable to guarantee cancellations or amendments once processing has commenced.
If you need to make any urgent changes to your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible via our contact form contact us, and we will do our best to assist before processing commences.
If the item has already been processed and/or shipped, we are unable to cancel or amend the order.
Amendments may include, but are not limited to:
- Change of delivery address or contact details
- Change of colour or size
- Adding or removing items
- Applying discounts, promotions, or rewards
Eff! I put the wrong address on my order.
- Please ensure all order details including your address are correct at the time of order placement.
- Mara Blak is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Mara Blak reserves the right to charge a shipping fee as quoted at the time of re-shipment.
I ordered more than one item, but I only received one item. Why?
Mara Blak products may be dispatched from various warehouses. If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.
Where this occurs, a separate tracking number will be provided for each shipment.
How long is a gift card valid for?
Mara Blak e-Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are via our website only. Please treat your Mara Blak e-Gift Card as cash, it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The gift card recipient will receive an email containing a code enabling them to redeem the value of the gift card at checkout.

Store credit/discount code.
When you return an item to us, we return your money paid for the item in the form of a store credit.
Store credit is not in the form of a coupon — it is linked directly to your customer account.
- Log in to your account to view your store credit balance.
- Store credit will automatically appear as a payment option at checkout.
- Make sure you are logged into the same account to apply your credit.
- Valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- Must be used in full on a single purchase (partial use not accepted).
- Issued for one-time use only.
- Items purchased with store credit are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Store credit cannot be refunded as cash or transferred to another person.
- If your order total exceeds the store credit amount, you must pay the difference, including any applicable shipping fees.
Discount & Promotional Codes
- Only one discount code can be used per transaction.
- A discount/promotional code can be used with store credit.
- Discount/promotional codes cannot be applied to SALE items.
- Discount/promotional codes cannot be combined with other codes or specials.
Do the prices include taxes and duties?
Product prices and shipping charges do not include import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other import charges that may apply to international orders.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide, including Australia, NZ, the USA, the UK, Canada, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

What shipping services do you use?
We offer tracked shipping worldwide to ensure that your items arrive safely and securely.
Depending on the destination country, we may use:
- DHL Express
- FedEx
- UPS
- USPS
- DPD
- Australia Post Express
- Australia Post International Standard
Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days; however, some international shipments may require up to 14 business days.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Total Delivery Time = Processing time + Shipping Time
- Processing Time: 3 - 5 business days.
- Shipping Time: Express courier takes 5 - 7 business days.
- Some international shipments may require a longer transit time of up to 14 business days.
Delivery time begins once your order has been shipped.
We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to customs in the destination country, peak sale periods, public holidays, or new collection launches.

How do I track my order?
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.
- Tracking details will be provided via email once the order has been packed and shipped.
- The tracking details will allow you to monitor your delivery status via the assigned courier service or postal authority from start to finish.
Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other import charges imposed by customs authorities and/or the shipping carrier in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Estimated delivery is approx. 5–7 business days; however, some international shipments may require a longer transit time of up to 14 business days.

My order did not arrive in time.
- We do not guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the timeframe. Delivery times may be impacted by the time taken to clear customs in the destination country.
- Mara Blak has no control over, nor do we take responsibility for delays caused by customs due to unforeseen circumstances or other external factors.
- During busy sale periods or new collection launches, your order may not always be delivered within the specified delivery timeframes.
- We are unable to provide compensation to customers for any unexpected delays with your delivery once the item has been dispatched.
Signature/Authority to Leave.
Couriers (such as DHL, FedEx, and Australia Post) may notify you directly to set your delivery preferences, including Authority to Leave or Signature on Delivery.
- Authority to Leave/Insurance - If you choose Authority to Leave, please ensure the delivery location is secure. Shipping insurance can be arranged on request. Contact us at info@marablak.com
- Lost or Stolen - Once a parcel is marked as delivered, neither Mara Blak nor the couriers are responsible for loss or theft. For extra peace of mind, we recommend selecting Signature on Delivery (where available).
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
All items are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality.
- Change-of-mind returns (or if the item isn’t quite right) are accepted within 10 days of receiving your order and are issued as store credit only.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing selected at checkout, or delivery delays.
- All items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, a return request must be submitted within 10 business days of delivery.
- Once approved, you may choose either a refund to your original payment method or a store credit.

How do I return an item?
For approval and a Return Authorisation Number email us at info@marablak.com or click on “Start a Return” button.
Please include your:
- Full name, email address
- Order number.
- Reason for return and attach pictures or video of the items you would like to return showing the damages/defects within 14 days of receiving the goods.
What is the return address?
Items must not be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address. The return address will be provided to you upon approval of your return request.
Do I have to pay shipping for returns?
We do not offer free returns currently.
Once your claim has been approved we encourage you to return your item via a registered or traceable courier. You will need to provide us with your tracking number and make sure you keep track of your shipping.
