WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?

A pre-order is a product that is a new item that is in production and has not arrived at the warehouse or an existing item that has been sold out and we are awaiting a restock shipment. By pre-ordering, you can secure your desired item in advance, ensuring that you won't miss out on popular or limited-edition items. This is especially beneficial for items with high demand or those produced in small quantities.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP OUT THE PRE-ORDER?

Waiting times vary. Usually, the estimated waiting time is 15-20 working days from the date of publication of the item. Once the item is available, your order will be dispatched within three days. You will receive an email confirmation when the item is shipped.

Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays. Should an item not arrive within the estimated delivery times, please contact the delivery courier service, or contact us via our contact form or info@marablak.com.

Note: A pre-order will be delivered separately from your other orders.

If you have an upcoming special event, we recommend being prepared and placing your pre-order 4-6 weeks before the occasion to allow time for production, processing, and delivery.

DELAYS

Pre-order dates are not guaranteed, and delays may occur. The manufacturing process requires several production and processing steps.

In the unlikely event of a delay, we will get in contact with you as soon as possible.

AVAILABILITY

Pre-order items are subject to production capacity and raw material availability.

While we make every effort to fulfil all pre-orders, availability cannot be guaranteed. Production schedules, manufacturing capacity, and raw material shortages may occasionally affect availability.

CAN I CANCEL A PRE-ORDER?

Pre-orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.

If you wish to cancel your pre-order after 48 hours, please get in touch with us at info@marablak.com as soon as possible.

Once production, sourcing, or processing has commenced, pre-orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged before delivery.

Approved cancellations after 48 hours may be issued as store credit only, valid for 12 months, at Mara Blak's discretion.

Upon delivery, pre-order items are subject to Mara Blak's Returns Policy. Change-of-mind returns may be accepted for store credit only, provided the item is returned within 10 days of delivery, is unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original condition. No refunds will be provided for change-of-mind returns.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Once the order has shipped, it won't be possible to apply modifications.
