What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order is a product that is a new item that is in production and has not arrived at the warehouse or an existing item that has been sold out and we are awaiting a restock shipment. By pre-ordering, you can secure your desired item in advance, ensuring that you won't miss out on popular or limited-edition items. This is especially beneficial for items with high demand or those produced in small quantities.

How long will it take to ship out the pre-order?

Waiting times vary. Usually, the estimated waiting time is 15-30 working days from the date of publication of the item. Once the item is available, your order will be dispatched within three days.

Note: A pre-order will be delivered separately from your other orders.

Delays

Pre-order dates are not guaranteed, and delays may occur. The manufacturing process requires several production and processing steps. 

In the unlikely event of a delay, we will get in contact with you as soon as possible.

Can I cancel a Pre-Order? 

Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of the purchase. If it exceeds 24 hours, please contact us at info@marablak.com.  A store credit (valid for 12 months) will be issued.

Can I change my shipping address? 

Log in to your account to modify the order address before the order is dispatched. Or contact us at  info@marablak.com  Once the order has shipped, it won't be possible to apply modifications.
